"Keys to Freedom exists to provide keys to restore balance to the brain and unlock hurting hearts"
Sometimes life experiences can effect us so deeply that months and even years later, we still feel the impact in our daily lives. When our history becomes more than just our history, it is trauma.
I am honored to counsel and teach you tools you will take with you to manage ADHD, alleviate anxiety or walk through grief and loss associated with death, divorce, accident or trauma, while we proactively work toward resolution. I artfully collaborate with my clients by empowering them with education and hope while striving toward peace and balance. I am a client centered, brief solution focused therapist who engages the client in experiential techniques. I offer Somatic Psychology Counseling for the treatment of ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression and more. Additionally I use scientifically validated approaches to psychotherapy with an interweave of mindfulness applied to cognitive, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Thought Field Therapy or Neuro-Emotion Techniques.
I am the Founder and Director of Keys to FreedomSomatic Psychology Counseling. Welcome! I am confident you will find the counseling peaceful and the environment safe, warm and inviting.
